I grew up in Winder, a town outside of Athens, Georgia, where my family ran a small restaurant for many years. One of my most treasured memories is helping my Grandmother and Mother prepare meals for our family using ingredients from our own garden. It was during these experiences that I discovered my passion for providing a warm and comforting meal for friends, family, and clients alike. This is also where I learned seasonality, the beauty of nature’s bounty and respect for making and creating dishes for others to enjoy and feel a sense of comfort that can only be found in sitting down over a home cooked meal with family.

I strive to ensure clients and their guests have an experience with unique dishes, flavors, textures, and visual awe using only the freshest sustainable ingredients. “Developing relationships with local fishermen, farmers and ranchers to ensure quality is key.” I pride myself on creating dishes from scratch to ensure freshness and flavor.
